Mystic Moss will operate its shipping Monday through Friday as order coming in our system. Sea moss gels in particular will be frozen upon shipping, wrapped up to keep the product as cold as possible.
Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 2- 4 business days of purchase. Processing time will only be delayed upon waiting for supplies or a restock.
Transit time: We are located in Charlotte, NC. Depending on your location, you can anticipate your order to arrive within 2-5 business days for most U.S residents. Upon checkout you will receive a tracking number through USPS.
